Return Policy
Returning Online Orders.
We'll be happy to help with an online return within 30 days.
To locate your order number, simply review your order history.
Custom items, including items with embroidery, are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or an embroidery error.
*All returns must be unused and unwashed, be returned in the original packaging, have all tags + bow still attached, and come from a smoke-free environment.

Processing
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 15-20 business days for us to process your return and refund the purchase price to you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, unused, unopened and in new condition.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again.
Cost
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their item to HOdo home, this fee will be deducted from your refund. Once HOdo home receives the product we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return.
Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for and will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund on returns.
